薩摩芋と蓮根
これは鬼皺（オニシボ）縮緬という丹後縮緬の中でも、一番皺が大きく、重いものを使って作りました。
この縮緬は丹後地方で作られていました。近年丹後縮緬が危ないと聞きましたが、今はどないなってるんでしょうか?
方向を転換して、生き残ったはるんでしょう、
正絹やのぉて人絹（レーヨン）は、やっぱ、中国から?それとも丹後で作ってんのかな?
母さんのお友達の家にお手伝い行ってた時に作った帯。
週に3日そこへ行って、庭いじり、ドライブ、夕食のお手伝いしてた。そういや、料理も教えに行たこともあったなぁ。娘さんの家に、

1から教えてくれはって、まっ、「何でも聞いとき、」って母さんが･･
おばさんの家でご飯のお手伝い････「これ、つこてもええ？」大きな薩摩芋見つけた。
薩摩芋、切ってしもたら、さっさとスタンプ作ってせな・・・・・・
大きな薩摩芋でスタンプを作ってポンポンとおす。
小さい蓮根でも、ポンポン、
冬の花「椿」と鳥が南天をついばんでる様子、
これは勿論、化学染料で染めた。で、出来上がったのがこれ、
そやけど、なんやね、私が作ったもんって、
みんな、最初は母さんが使うっちゅう「洗礼」があるんかいな、
ほとんどあの人、つこたはったよなぁ、

I went there for three days on the week, and I was a gardening, droving, and was helping supper.
I went to daughter's house to teach cooking too.
I studied dyeing at the school. However, she taught from the beginning.
Mother said, "Hear anything".
And, having completed is this Obi.
It is done making the stamp from a big sweet potato , the lotus root too.
Flower "Camellia" of winter and the bird are appearances as for heavenly bamboo.
This was dyed with the chemical dye.
However, the kimono and the Obi that I made.
Is there all "Baptism" that mother uses it first?
Everyone ….that person....used it.
